The rapid advancement of information technology in the modern world has created a critical demand for competent computer science educators. Effective teaching in this field requires not only deep knowledge but also the ability to inspire and engage students through creative pedagogy. Therefore, fostering creativity in future computer science teachers is of paramount importance. The intersection of digital art and education in computer science presents unique opportunities to stimulate creativity in aspiring educators. Integrating digital art projects into the educational process promotes the development of innovative thinking and problem-solving skills in future teachers. This article explores the development of creativity in future computer science teachers through digital art. The concepts of human creativity and digital art are analyzed, and various forms of digital art, such as architectural visualization, digital sculpture, music, photography, video games, and animation, are characterized. The advantages and disadvantages of software for creating digital art, including Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Illustrator, Paint.NET, GIMP, Corel Painter, and Canva, are examined. The research revealed that students who participated in individual digital art projects were able to express themselves, demonstrate their creativity, knowledge, motivation, and skills in using appropriate software to create original works. The integration of digital art into computer science teacher preparation programs opens a promising pathway for developing creativity in future educators. This approach enables students to prepare for the use of digital technologies in their future professional activities and to design engaging, dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing computer science lessons for their students.
