THE PHENOMENON OF PARTICIPATION AS A LANGUAGE OF THE UNCONSCIOUS

Abstract

For the first time in Ukrainian psychology, the article focuses on the phenomenon of “participation”, which, according to our research, is the language of the archaic heritage of mankind. The archaic period of human development was ignored by Freud’s psychoanalytic system of cognition of the psyche. This is understandable,because the system, which placed the “verbum” in the centre of cognition, cannot touch the integrity of the psychic,which embodies the archaic heritage of mankind. The material of the article is based on the results of the methodof Active Social Psychological Cognition (ASPC), which has been developing in Ukraine for more than half acentury. We have tested this method through research aimed at the integrity of mental cognition in the format of the psychodynamic paradigm, which formed the basis of 44 dissertations.The material of the article clearly outlines the productivity of psychodynamic methodology, which determinesthe positive effectiveness of the group method of ASPC. The article “The Phenomenon of Participation as the Language of the Unconscious” reveals the importance of the phenomenon of the involvement of things as its informative component for the unconscious sphere. To put it differently: the language of the unconscious is able tomanifest itself through the participation of things.In view of the above, in ASPC groups, the objectification of the psyche is practiced (without fail), which actualises the “processes of involvement” of the contents of psycho-drawings in their thematic quantity, which are subject to consistent analysis. The latter proves the effectiveness of the ordering of psycho-drawings, which is successfully implemented by the participants of the ASPC due to the presence of a “blind hand skill” for ordering things.The article includes an analysis of Lina Kostenko’s poetic work, which shows the peculiarities and effectiveness of pratological thinking in the process of objectification of the essences of earthly life. The article is published for the first time in Ukrainian psychology, which actualises the problem of substantiating the significance of the mechanism of participation as a representative of the effectiveness of the archaic heritage of mankind in the psyche of a modern person.
