Corporate coaching as psychological business technique in the children's entertainment industry

Personnel in modern business development are defined as the most valuable business resource. The quality of their work, the productivity level, profit, and business success depends on the staff motivation. In our opinion, corporate coaching is one of the powerful techniques in the business system that helps to solve all the abovementioned tasks. This type of coaching involves conducting activities aimed at stimulating the employees' own activity and passively mastering the skills necessary for successful work in the field of entertainment services. We consider corporate coaching as an effective method in the labour motivation system of modern business. Corporate coaching allows you to see new strategies for improving business efficiency. This is the most profitable type of investment in improving the corporate culture of business introduction. At the same time, the main focus is on the most valuable asset – people. Today, taking into account the strict requirements for business results, old models of personnel management are becoming ineffective, namely authoritarianism in management, which is expressed in individual decision-making, setting tasks through instruction. One of the sources of competitive advantages of business activities is the formation of the potential and talents of employees. Personnel development, including the hidden skills and abilities of all employees, becomes possible with the use of innovative personnel management technologies. We recorded the following. After conducting corporate coaching sessions with the staff of children's entertainment institution, the effectiveness of using coaching techniques in working with staff was established. We came to the conclusion that after a coaching session in working with personnel, the level of motivation and self-esteem became higher, the desire for failure and self-defense decreased, and the ability to quickly and non-standardly solve problems increased. Thus, corporate coaching in children's entertainment centers is a social-management technique for personnel development, aimed at improving the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of activities, improving professional and personal skills.
