TEXTUAL MEANS OF INTERACTION WITH THE AUDIENCE IN EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS ON HISTORICAL TOPICS (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL "NAMED AFTER T. G. SHEVCHENKO")

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of effective language interaction between modern educational media and Internet audiences. In the context of full-scale Russian aggression, the struggle of Ukrainians is taking place not only on the battlefield but also in the information space. The most important task today is the formation of public opinion, the preservation of historical memory, and the growth of national consciousness through popular communication platforms. The textual means of interaction with the target audience in the video content of social networks on the example of the YouTube channel "named after T.G. Shevchenko" of well-known public figures, writers, and publishers, the Kapranov brothers are analyzed. According to the levels of language, the linguistic means of influencing the public opinion of the authors of the channel are classified. Three conditions that ensure successful Internet communication of educational direction on historical topics are outlined. Firstly, it is the revival of historical material through the linguistic and emotional approximation of events distant in time and/or space to the listener. Such revival is facilitated by modern, understandable vocabulary, reportage style in the use of temporal forms, parallelisms, evaluative and emotionally expressive colouring of speech, in particular humour. Secondly, it is the broad involvement of the audience in co-creation through incentive constructions, feedback, interjections to attract attention, dialogic speech, and stylistic means that require active perception and understanding. Thirdly, bright individualization of speech. In conditions of unlimited information competition, when subject content can be easily and quickly obtained from different sources, the author who is interesting to the audience prevails. Contemporaries choose not only information but also the informant. A bright, rich author's style gives a competitive advantage and enables the achievement of the communicative goal. The identified trends can be extended to any modern communication aimed at shaping public opinion on a socially significant topic.
