Conditions
The editorial office is temporarily not accepting submissions due to the ongoing re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 19, 2026, No. 56, “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2026, No. 129/45523). Submissions will resume upon the approval of the updated List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.
To publish an article inResearch Bulletin. Series: Philological Sciences № 2 (217), 2026, it is necessary to take the following steps until March 27, 2026:

Academic integrity
The editors conduct anonymous peer-review of articles and check them for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The journal’s electronic version will be publicly available on the website before May 31, 2026.
The printed version will be sent to the authors who order it before June 30, 2026.
Publication fee
The publication fee is 1300 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at 40 UAH. The publication fee covers the costs associated with peer review, article proofreading and editing, page planning, and publication of its electronic version.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy. It costs 800 UAH, which is paid additionally to the publication fee.
